We Care is a public charitable trust registered at Bangalore, India

• It is not a family trust
• It is a secular, not-for-profit, non-government, non-political organization
• It is a not a religious organization
• It is not associated with the "Order of Friars Minor" and its entities in India

2. Is We Care> a Christian organization?

No.

3. Does We Care support only Christians?

No.

4. What are the sources of funds for We Care?

We Care generates its funds from voluntary donations and contributions from the public, other organizations and interest on investments.

5. Does We Care accept donation-in-kind?

Yes. We Care accepts donation-in-kind such as

• Aids and appliances for persons with disability such as wheel chairs, crutches, white canes, hearing aids, artificial limbs etc.
• Toys, indoor board games, books, student study materials (including stationary), clothes, groceries, sports equipment, computer & peripherals etc.

6. Who are the people who facilitate the functioning of We Care as an organization?

Trustees, Employees and Volunteers

7. How can I volunteer my services to We Care?

• Tutor school children
• Tutors for music, dance, art & crafts, yoga, computer training, tailoring etc.
• Professional counsellors, doctors, nurses, physio therapists, staff trainers etc.
• Spend time with our beneficiaries at the "Pratiksha Nivas", the We Care programme centre
• Administrative services (accounting and record keeping only)
• Involvement in the execution of We Care programme

8. Does We Care refer beneficiaries to individuals and other organizations for support?

Yes, but in specific cases only. All referrals made by We Care are through an official letter.

1. How do I make a donation?

You can make your donations using different modes.

2. What is the procedure followed on receipt of a donation?

A confirmation message is sent to the donor/contribution within 3 days of receipt of the donation. On realization of the donation an official receipt is handed over or posted to the donor/contributor within 3 weeks.

3. Can I make my donation in any currency?

Yes.

4. I have not received a confirmation or official receipt for my donation?

5. Do you have any authorized agents to collect donations/contributions?

No.
