Children's Day celebrated on 14th Nov 2009 with Infosys, Rambus, and Timkens
Children's Day celebration (13th & 14th November 2009): Inorder to mark the children day, programmes were conducted for our children by members of Community Relations Teams from Rambus Chip Technologies (I) Pvt Ltd, Bangalore, Timken Engineering & Research India Pvt. Ltd, Bangalore (Santosh, Vishvesh, Keshava, Rudraswamy and Milton Lobo) and Infosys Technologies Ltd (Anitha Martin, Udai Kiran, K G Praveen Kumar, Kanisha Agarwal, Sharmistha Kar, Sudeep Agarwal, Anusha, Maitreya Bhoopalam, Suneetha Chittamuri). The team from Rambus treated the kids with pizzas and gifts. The team from Infosys conducted a spot drawing competition and the team from Timken provided the children with games items and story books. The children in turn entertained their guests with song and dance. Thanks to the staff of Rambus, Timken and Infosys for giving our children a wonderful time.

Children study under new solar lamps at Pratiksha Nivas
Inorder to overcome the difficulties experienced by regular power cuts, we installed a Solar lighting system at Pratiksha Nivas for the benefit of the children's evening tuition classes. We express our heartfelt thanks to the members of Retail Reach, a volunteer group of Infosys Technologies Ltd for partly supporting the cost of solar lighting system. We also thank Selco Solar Light Pvt Ltd, Bangalore for their support and cooperation. The solar lighting system has proved to be a huge blessing in conducting the education of the children.
